the reception staff offered assistance.
My room lacked essential maintenance. The shower head was broken. the kettle also did not work, so i could not make tea. noise from outside made restful sleep difficult. The windows did not block sound. i found the general condition of the room substandard.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I had. Its proximity to transportation hubs and attractions made exploring quite easy. I was able to easily navigate the area without any issues (which is always a plus!).
I found the room size to be a bit small. The limited space impacted the overall experience, especially when trying to manage luggage.
