Craven Hotel, London

The hotel is in a great location, close to transport links and cafes. However, the rooms were far from what I expected – small and poorly maintained. The service left a lot to be desired, with staff not showing concern for issues. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, as the room was cramped and didn’t match what was advertised. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable stains and wear throughout the space. However, the proximity to Kensington Gardens was a definite plus. The overall experience felt poor for the price paid, and I wouldn't recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
